Robb Reichard, Principal
Robb Reichard brings more than 30 years of leadership experience supporting HIV-affected communities in the Philadelphia region and beyond. He holds a BA in Sociology from Arcadia University and has dedicated his career to strengthening mission-driven organizations through thoughtful leadership, sound financial stewardship, and strategic vision.
For more than 20 years, Robb served as Executive Director of AIDS Fund, where he initially oversaw grantmaking to regional HIV service providers. As the external environment and community needs evolved, Robb led a significant mission shift—transitioning the organization toward providing direct emergency financial assistance to the most vulnerable individuals living with HIV.
Under his leadership, AIDS Fund also developed and executed high-profile public awareness and fundraising initiatives, including AIDS Walk Philly, GayBINGO, Black-Tie GayBINGO, and Workplace Giving Campaigns, strengthening both financial sustainability and community engagement
Robb has a proven track record in financial management, grantmaking, program development, fundraising, grant writing, major event planning, corporate sponsorship, and volunteer management. He brings this comprehensive, real-world understanding of non-profit operations to every client engagement.
Robb believes that strong missions must be supported by strong fiscal management, and his work with RNR Consulting reflects that philosophy—helping organizations build clarity, resilience, and long-term sustainability.
