About RNR Consulting, LLC

RNR’s Principal, Robb Reichard, holds a BA in Sociology from Arcadia University and has worked for over thirty years in support of the HIV affected communities in Philadelphia, including, for the last twenty years, as Executive Director of AIDS Fund. Initially, he oversaw AIDS Fund's grantmaking to regional HIV service providers. Responding to the changing environment, Robb initiated and implemented a mission evolution to providing emergency financial assistance to the most vulnerable people living with HIV. Under his direction, AIDS Fund also conducted public awareness campaigns through a variety of events, including AIDS Walk Philly, GayBINGO, and Workplace Giving Campaigns.

Robb has a proven track record of sound financial management, grant making, program development, fund raising, grant writing, major event planning, corporate sponsorship, and volunteer management. Robb will bring this comprehensive understanding of non-profit management to your organization and believes that strong missions need to be backed by strong fiscal management.

Awards and Recognition:

In 2010, CHOICE honored Robb as their Gerstley Community Health Advocate of the Year and The Miss Philadelphia Scholarship Organization recognized his work with their Spirit Award. Haven Youth Center presented Robb with their 2011 Haven Hero Award. The Mazzoni Center presented Robb with their Peter Mazzoni Out Activist Award in 2014. In 2015, Bebashi recognized Robb's contributions with a Power of 30 award. FACT (Fighting AIDS Continuously Together) Lehigh Valley presented him with their Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019. Metro Philadelphia recognized Robb as a LGBTQ+ Power Player in 2023.
